Audi has made its presence known in the racing world since the 1930s under the brand name of ‘Auto Union’ with Hans Stuck behind the wheel winning many medals and breaking many records! Audi however, are not merely content with their past successes and continue to better themselves in the area of motorsports, constantly striving to be the best and maintain a prestigious reputation. This has been shown time and time again, most recently in Audi’s historic victory at the 2012 24 Hours of Le Mans, a victory which not only marked a few firsts for Audi, but one which also marked a first for the whole world of motorsports with the Audi R18 e-tron Quattro being the first ever hybrid electric vehicle to win at Le Mans. This is not the only first that can be accredited to Audi and will surely not be the last!

So here we are, paying tribute to the constant advances Audi are making and looking to the future with hope and excitement over what will come with Audis overwhelming contribution to motorsports!
